Primary Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement tactical and localized marketing initiatives in coordination with the Marketing Manager – Philippines, targeting route performance, passenger growth, and brand equity in VisMin. 
  • Execute national marketing strategies through tailored campaigns for the Visayas and Mindanao markets, in coordination with other divisions (Corporate Communications, Digital, Ancillaries, etc.) to ensure consistent and seamless execution. 
  • Supervise the Marketing Specialist and ensure all campaigns, events, and content meet Cebu Pacific’s branding and quality standards. 
  • Manage local agencies, media partners, and vendors to deliver timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality marketing executions. 
  • Oversee content creation and distribution across local digital, on-ground, and partner marketing channels. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Ensure brand consistency, legal compliance, data privacy, and budget efficiency across all regional marketing activities. 
  • Represent Cebu Pacific Marketing Team in VisMin-based marketing events, partnerships, sponsorships, and public relations efforts to strengthen market presence. 


Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field. 
  • Training in digital marketing, content management, analytics, and campaign management required. 
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar platforms are an advantage. 
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications, preferably in aviation, travel, or FMCG industries. 
  • Proven experience handling regional or multi-market campaigns, preferably within the VisMin market landscape. 
  • Knowledge in ATL, BTL, and digital marketing executions, including influencer and community-based campaigns. 
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, audience segmentation, and CRM systems. 
  • Experience in agency and vendor management, with strong project coordination capabilities. 
  • Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
